General
A telephone is available which you can use to make calls back to the
UK at no charge and also cheap calls from the UK to the house.
Please let us know at the end of your stay if you make any
chargeable calls with the phone.
There is ample parking for two vehicles with additional parking
close by.
Ground Floor
The ground floor
consists of a large fully equipped Kitchen/Dining room with all modern
facilities,
including
a large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and
microwave. The kitchen table
will comfortably seat 6-8 people and the fireplace contains a wood burning
stove.
The large lounge is
equipped with two large comfortable settees and armchairs, a colour TV,
CD player,
satellite/Sky box and a selection of DVDs, CDs, and videos. This is a
quiet large room that can be used for relaxing and an extra dining
area if required.
The summer lounge is a light and airy lounge area overlooking the
gardens and offering a TV/DVD, sky satellite TV and a selection of
CD's for use in this room.
First Floor
Our holiday home consists
of 3 lovely, sizeable
bedrooms providing spacious, comfortable room for
up to 8 people with cot facilities provided. The main bedroom is south
facing with a large four-poster
bed, en-suite facilities and stunning countryside views.
The 2nd bedroom is large and spacious with a king size bed and an additional pullout double sofa bed.
The 3rd bedroom has twin single beds, is south facing
and also enjoys lovely
countryside views.
The spacious main bathroom has a w/c , bath with overhead shower and
vanity unit.
The property is fully centrally heated and there are
wood burning stoves in both the kitchen and
living room, making the property suitable for rental throughout the
year.
